Physician leaders and healthcare administrators whose Hogan Leader Focus results suggest that they rely heavily on the Thought-Oriented Leadership style.

Course purpose

• Help participants understand what it means to lean heavily on the Thought-Oriented Leadership style in healthcare settings.
• Support them in leveraging this way of leading as a significant strength while managing its tradeoffs and potential derailers.
• Guide them to select and test concrete behavioral strategies, and document outcomes for CME purposes and for their individualized leadership Development Plan.
